Shipping Policy

Opticann ships orders Canada-wide from our licensed producer facility in Fort Erie to registered patient’s primary residence or mailing address, pursuant to the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations.

Orders are shipped using either Canada Post Xpresspost (2 business days) or Purolator Express (1 business day), depending on which shipping method is selected at checkout when placing an order.  Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing.  Shipping timelines provided by Canada Post are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.  Tracking information will be available once your order leaves our facility. A courier link with tracking information will be provided in the shipping notification email.

Upon delivery, if no one is home to receive and sign for the parcel, a notice will be left that indicates the location of your local Canada Post office or Purolator depot.

*FREE SHIPPING is provided on all orders from our Patient Portal over $99 (before tax and after any applicable discounts) using Canada Post Xpresspost.  For orders under $99, a flat fee of $12 will apply using standard Canada Post Xpresspost delivery.  All orders shipped using Purolator  Express for 1-day delivery will be charged a flat fee of $25.

Returns Policy

For safety reasons, medical cannabis products cannot be returned.  If you are experiencing an issue with your product, please contact our Patient Care team immediately for assistance with potential resolution.  Any refunds and exchanges will be done in accordance with the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations and are subject to any restrictions outlined therein.
