Shipping Policy

Opticann ships orders Canada-wide to our patient’s primary residence or mailing address, pursuant to the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations.

Orders are shipped using either Canada Post Xpresspost (2 business days) or Purolator Express (1 business day), depending on which shipping method is selected at checkout when placing an order.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.  Shipping timelines provided by Canada Post are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes the tracking number from the courier.

Upon delivery, if no one is home to receive the parcel, a notice will be left that indicates the location of your local Canada Post office or Purolator depot for pick-up.

*Free Shipping is provided on all medical cannabis orders over $99 (sub-total ) using Canada Post Xpresspost with two-day delivery.  For orders under $99 (sub-total) shipped using Canada Post Xpresspost, a flat fee of $12.00 will apply.  All orders shipped using Purolator Express for one-day delivery will be charged a flat fee of $25.00.

Returns Policy

For safety reasons, medical cannabis products cannot be returned.  If you are experiencing an issue with your product, please contact Opticann/Heritage Patient Care team immediately for assistance with potential resolution.  Any refunds and exchanges will be done in accordance with the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations and are subject to any restrictions outlined therein.
